Terms of Carriage

Last updated: 20 June 2026. These terms govern every shipment accepted by ParcelGo Domestic Air Express.

By tendering a shipment to ParcelGo, the sender accepts these Terms of Carriage on behalf of themselves and the recipient.

2. Contract of carriage

The contract of carriage is formed when the Carrier accepts a shipment and issues an AWB number. These Terms of Carriage form an integral part of that contract and supersede any prior oral or written representations.

3. Acceptance of shipments

The Carrier reserves the right to refuse any shipment at its sole discretion. Shipments tendered after the cut-off time (14:00 hrs same-day, 20:00 hrs next-day) will be processed on the next available service date.

The Carrier may inspect any shipment at any time without notice. Shipments found to contain prohibited items will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities. The Sender shall bear all costs and liabilities arising from such incidents.

The Carrier's maximum liability for any claim arising from loss, damage, or delay of a shipment is strictly limited to ₹5,000 per shipment.

This limit applies regardless of the actual value of the shipment unless the Sender has declared a higher value at the time of booking and paid the applicable surcharge for additional cover.

The Carrier shall not be liable for:

The Carrier shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government action, DGCA or AAI directives, extreme weather, or airport closures.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Carriage are governed by the laws of India, including the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 (as amended). Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Carriage is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
