- Sender name, mobile number, and WhatsApp number
- Recipient name, address, mobile number, and pincode
- Shipment details — type, weight, declared value
- Payment information (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details)

- Device type, browser, and approximate location
- AWB numbers entered in the tracking tool
When you contact us
- Name, email, phone number, and message content submitted via our contact form or WhatsApp

We retain shipment records for 7 years as required under Indian tax law (GST Act). Contact form enquiries are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
