By using express.parcelgo.co.in or booking a shipment with ParcelGo Domestic Air Express, you agree to these terms in full.
1. About us
ParcelGo Domestic Air Express is a service of Neelam Integrated Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U53200MH2025PTC439250), registered at Horniman Circle Chambers, SA Brelvi Road, Fort, Mumbai 400001. References to "ParcelGo", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to this company.
2. Services
We provide same-day and next-day domestic air courier services between our 10 network airports in India. Our service includes collection at the origin airport desk, air transit, and last-mile delivery to the recipient's address.
Service availability is subject to flight schedules, weather conditions, and operational constraints. Cut-off times are 14:00 hrs for same-day and 20:00 hrs for next-day service at the origin airport desk.
3. Booking and payment
- Bookings may be made in person at any of our airport desks, via WhatsApp, or through our website
- Payment is required at the time of pickup via cash, UPI, card, or Razorpay payment link
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services
- All quoted rates are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is applicable on all services
- Dimensional weight (L×W×H cm ÷ 5,000) applies where it exceeds actual weight
- A booking is confirmed only upon payment and issuance of an AWB number
4. Prohibited items
The following items are not accepted under any circumstances:
- Dangerous goods, explosives, flammable substances
- Narcotics, controlled substances, or contraband
- Live animals or perishables requiring cold chain
- Currency, negotiable instruments above ₹50,000 in value without declaration
- Items prohibited under DGCA regulations or applicable Indian law
- Human remains or biological samples (except properly packaged clinical specimens)
ParcelGo reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment at any time.
5. Liability
Our maximum liability for any loss, damage, or delay is limited to ₹5,000 per shipment, which is included as basic cover in every booking. Additional declared-value cover may be purchased at the time of booking.
We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses arising from delay or non-delivery, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profits.
6. Claims
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery (or scheduled delivery date in case of non-delivery) by contacting us at corporate@parcelgoglobal.com or +91-89763-23555. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Neelam Integrated Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
